Welcome to Komy Art! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Fred Komayombi's Artist Portfolio Website, located at https://komyfred.art.

1. Intellectual Property & Copyright

Unless otherwise stated, Fred Komayombi and/or Komy Art own the intellectual property rights for all artwork, digital media, designs, and text contents published on this website. All creative rights are reserved. You must not copy, reproduce, print, or resell any images of the artwork without explicit written consent.

2. Artwork Sales & Original Pieces

All listed prices for original paintings are in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Sales are coordinated individually, and shipment options (international or local Kigali) are arranged during the invoice process. All sales of original works are final.

3. Commission Agreements

Custom commissions require an initial consultation, description agreement, and a deposit. The artist retains copyright ownership of the commission unless commercial transfer is explicitly negotiated.

4. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Rwanda, and any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Kigali.
